Looking Meadow Cafe is a vegan business created by Jamie Herman. First moving to St. Louis to begin work as a Registered Nurse in 2008, Jamie has since made STL her home. While she has always loved working in healthcare, her true passion is all things vegan. To finally fulfill her entrepreneurial aspirations while combining her love of bringing delicious plant-based food and drinks to people, she has transformed her traveling baked goods and coffee camper into a cafe with an expanded menu that now also includes breakfast, lunch, and cocktails in addition to the full espresso bar and signature baked treats.
